Patriotic Pasadena Perfection
Amy and Scott were engaged this past New Years Eve, and have been in wedding planning mode ever since. Great planning it was! The day went off without a hitch and the weather was absolutely incredible. My assistant, Tony Lewis Jr., and I had a great time with all the family and friends in attendance.
We started with the couple getting ready in a hotel nearby, and arrived at the wedding and reception site, Celebrations at the Bay, in time to do a quick “first look,” during which the bride and groom see each other for the first time. After a short ceremony, with Amy’s cousin, Lance, officiating, we headed indoors for an awesome party, with music provided by Dave Holmes from DZ Entertainment. The many kids and cousins at the party rocked the dance floor all night long!
Later in the evening, Tony and I took Amy and Scott out onto the dock for some really cool “painting with light” portraits. Love them!
Thanks again for an awesome time, Amy and Scott! Have fun in Mexico!!
Amy’s niece loved checking out the pretty dress!
Stunning bride out on the dock!
Twizzler battle and snack before the ceremony. Yum!
Scott’s trying to find two seats. Anybody have room for two together?
Rockin’ the giant family photo!!
Scott’s mom and her “little boy”
Painting with light is so cool!
Aforementioned rockin’ of the dance floor!
I think aliens landed and arranged the chairs all weird late in the evening. Scary!!
Since it was Memorial Day when we ended, and since sparklers, birdseed and even bubbles are not allowed, they went with flags for the sendoff! Very patriotic!
